If you can make lasagna, you can make baked ziti. The ingredients are the same, but the process is a bit different. Instead of using lasagna noodles, ziti can be made with any round noodle (penne, wheels, etc.). Cook your noodles al dente, cover the bottom of your pan (9x9 or 9x13) with a spaghetti sauce, pour all your noodles on top, then cover with the cheese mixture you use in lasagna (usually a mixture of ricotta cheese, parmesean, romano, egg and spices). Cover this with more sauce, and shredded parmesean cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes and you're done!
