Cayenne pepper sauce is not that difficult to make. Here is a recipe for same:

Ingredients: 1 or two handfuls of cayenne peppers Apple cider vinegar Tomato paste Lemon juice (optional) Kosher or Sea Salt

First, remove stems and caps from peppers and chop into 1 inch lengths, then place them in a saucepan and add enough vinegar to just cover the peppers. Cover the pan and simmer for 30 minutes, until the peppers are extremely tender, then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Once cooled, put the pepper & vinegar into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste, and add tomato paste to give a bit of sweetness to the sauce. If you desire, this is when to add a little lemon juice, for brightness of flavor. Serve as a dip with a starchy carb (corn chip, bread, rice) or a crunchy vegetable.
