Lots of stomach cramping issues has to deal with water intake. Don’t drink a lot of water right before you start, and when you take a drink, take a sip, not a full on gulp. Second, take note of how you’re breathing and try to breathe into your stomach, not your chest. Using your diaphragm is more efficient than your lungs and will give you more oxygen, which will decrease cramping.
