Yes, as long as you remember not to use oil, oily food, meat, fish, or sick plants in making the manure. These will harm any plants on which you use manure containing them.

You can use eggshells, vegetable peelings, fruit peels, rotten eggs, rotten vegetables, rotten fruits, and cardboard/paper waste.

You would prepare these for use by allowing them to decompose in a compost bin. You want to keep the materials in the bin moist to hasten decomposition, and you may add earthworms to speed up the process even more. You will need to turn the mixture within your compost bin (use a shovel) on a regular basis to make sure that all the material is decomposing.
